Privacy
NotePebble has no cloud sync, no analytics, no tracking and no account. This page explains exactly what is collected and why.

Your notes
Your notes, settings and backups are saved only on your own PC, in your Windows user folder. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else. We can't see, read or recover them.
Activating your licence
When you activate a licence key, NotePebble sends these to our licence provider, Lemon Squeezy:
- your licence key
- your computer's name (for example "DESKTOP-4F2A"), so the activation can be recognised
About once a week, when you're online, the app checks the key is still valid. It sends the key and an activation ID. Nothing else leaves your computer: no notes, no usage data, no files.
Buying a licence
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing country and payment details to process the order, send your key and handle tax. We receive your name, email and order details so we can support your licence. We never see your full card details. See the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy.
Microsoft Store
If you install NotePebble from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft handles the download and updates under its own privacy statement.
This website
This website has no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. Checkout pages are run by Lemon Squeezy.
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply. No newsletters, and we never sell your information.
How long we keep things
Order and licence records are kept for as long as the licence exists, and as long as tax law requires. Support emails are deleted when they're no longer needed.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@notepebble.com. Uninstalling the app and deleting its folder removes your notes from your PC.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
