Terms & refunds

These terms apply when you download, try or buy NotePebble. By using the app you agree to them.

Free trial

You can use every feature of NotePebble free for 7 days. After the trial, your notes stay on your PC and you can still read and export them, but writing, editing and the dock are paused until you activate a licence key.

Your licence

• A licence is a one-time purchase. It doesn't expire and there's no subscription.
• One key activates NotePebble on one PC. Each extra PC needs its own key.
• You may use NotePebble for personal and work purposes.
• You may not share, resell or publish your key, or try to get around the licence check. Keys that are shared or misused may be turned off.
• If you replace your PC, email us and we'll move your licence.

Payment

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT. Your key is emailed to you after payment.

Refunds

If NotePebble isn't right for you, email support@notepebble.com within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. Include the email address you paid with. Once refunded, the key stops working.

Updates

We may release updates to fix problems or improve the app. Your licence covers the version you bought and any updates we choose to release for it.

No warranty

NotePebble is provided "as is". We work hard to keep your notes safe, including automatic daily backups, but we can't promise the app is free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything important, for example with Settings → Your data → Export. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data or indirect damages from using the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
